My Yorkie is 9 months old. I live in an apartment and trained her to puppy pads. For some reason she has become confused and is now using it just about everywhere but the puppy pad. She even wet on my bed!! I did move her puppy pad over a little bit because it wasn't in a very good spot. Could that be the reason? I have also been taking her outside. I take her out 4 or 5 times a day. I do everything I'm supposed to. Taking her after she wakes up, after play, etc., but she will not go outside. What am I doing wrong?
