If you have a chance try out the Benadryl first, see what it does for or rather to your dog, some it makes sleepy, some hyper, always there is the dose 1/2 tab per 10lbs and that was what my vet said for Sprocket per his allergies. But we flew US Air, and BTW they were wonderful, back and forth from SanDiego to Phillly, so sorry you got the stew from hell, but after all it it THEIR plane and their problems even if we don't like it. It really does seem unfair, our guys make so little noise, less than other "kids", but as Quicksilver said. a blanket or I wore a long scarf, one of those decorative ones, Sprocket slept under it the whole time, in my lap, slept more than I did!
