My 5 month old yorkie grew a lot faster (and bigger than expected, a whopping 7 pounds!). We have a Petmate kennel, the plastic travel style, medium sized, 23x15.2x11.84. She can lay down just fine, and she can stand up just fine, but she can't extend her head all the way up, she has to duck down a bit. She seems comfortable when she's in there, should we go a size bigger?
