I need some advice on things I can do to calm down, relax, relieve stress, and start to lower my anxiety.
I've thought of yoga (just can't find a time that works)
Massage when I can afford it.
Pedicures are relaxing but i only do them once a month
any other ideas besides a piping hot bath and a glass of moscato wine??
gosh i miss my stress relief in a good ol bottle of wine.
