I have really been going back and forth about spaying Lily. I know this forum is very much about spay and neuter. And as I also believe in it.
But as many of you know I have had puppies before with Lexi. And always a very good experience. Maybe just luck but I loved it so much right down to finding the pups forever homes. I have been very lucky and all the puppies found wonderful homes. I have made new friends and would welcome any of my puppies back in my home at anytime.
I have read so many sad stories on this forum about losing puppies and mom dogs. That would be so hard to handle. So because of all the knowledge I have learned from this site. I have scheduled Lily to be spade next wednsday. And have decided if and when I am looking for another I will rescue from a puppymill or maybe even foster. I will so miss having puppies but will put that energy into helping in other ways. Thanks for listening I just needed to share.
