I think this is the same size you are talking about, but this is the one I have. Peanut is 4.5 lbs. He sleeps in it every night, and sometimes in the evening. He loves it in there!! I made it like a little man cave for him! I put 2 used pillows on the bottom for the padding, and a big fleece throw for his blanket, and then a little doggie blanket in there. He goes in and starts digging his little hole, makes it all comfy and plops down! Then I go in and cover him up and snuggle him in more!! LOL. Oh and I put a blanket over the top around the cage so no air gets in there, we leave our fan on in the bedroom and our AC!!

I would say this size is more than enough room for your furbutts!
