oh the wonderful state of Missouri. puppy mills, kids going to school with illegal drugs, what else will happen next?
unfortunately drug problems are about as high as puppy mills. my hometown was ranked as one of the highest in the state for meth production and usuage. i've never seen it but had really amazing parents. but i knew it was out there and that there were lots and lots of people we were supposed to avoid in town.
nasty and tragic story but it's so common around here
