I have a female 2 1/2 year old Yorkie and a 2 1/2 year old maltesse. We purchased our yorkie when she was a puppy and we got out maltesse about one year ago. They have been best of friends up until now. I don't know exactly what happend but a couple of weeks ago I heard my Maltesse making this horrible sound and when I got to her my yorkie was on top of her. It was horrible. I had to take my Maltesse to the emergency vet with a broken leg and two bite marks. One on her leg above the break and one up by her neck. I don't know if my yorkie broke her leg or she jumped off the chair and broke her leg then my yorkie attacked her. My yorkie is the sweetest dog she has never been like this before and I am lost. I don't know what to do
