I'm sorry.

Changes suck sometimes. He is probably still just adjusting. I would try your best to make everything a really positive experience. Bring yummy treats along with you.... try to catch him BEFORE he goes into crazy-alert-bazeerk mode and treat him for ANY millisecond of being calm. Try to keep his attention at all times to begin with. If he starts barking at another dog or person, simply turn around and go the other way. Don't let him keep going in that direction or he will quickly learn that barking gets him where he wants to go.
Also, obviously a lot of exercise will hopefully equal a calmer dog inside. So hopefully you can find an off leash park to let him run around and expand a lot of energy and THEN maybe try a walk again after he's ran around first?
Or maybe I can send Jackson over to you? LOL. Jackson seems to have a good effect on a lot of dogs for some reason. I used to dogsit a Lab and the owner was amazed that I was able to walk two dogs at once as she could hardly walk her one. Jackson basically just ignored his craziness and the other dog learned to just walk normally and stop pulling and barking like a madman. Though sometimes Jackson decides it's better to be a copycat and bark along with the other dog
But good luck. I think/hope things will calm down once you are more settled in.
