Mine do that too and to me its hilarious! lol.They seem to "charge" with their back legs
It reminds me of a cartoon when the character is ready to run and is moving his legs but doesnt go anywhere.Lady does it when shes infront of our cat..I guess shes saying "boy are you gonna get it!" lol.
