Honestly? Get a blanket and put her under that. Sit in a window seat, and hope that your row-mates like dogs.
I've flown with Thor a few times now, and I'm lucky that he very sanguine about the whole thing. As long as he can see me, he's okay. I've stopped sneaking him out, because while he's okay being IN the bag, he does not like getting BACK into the bag after a taste of freedom.
I'd recommend getting her LOTS of exercise the day before; have her pee/poop right before she gets on the plane; and make sure she has a drink of water before getting on the plane. No food. HTH.
