you are doing all you can do she was way too small for you to be bringing her home. Sometimes pups that small have hypoglycemia because they are so small and sometimes its because there is an underlying problem like liver shunt. I think once she gets some weight to her and is stable you should have her tested for liver shunt. My Jewels was real tiny like that when I brought her home and I got gerber meat sticks and cut them up for her and she wouid eat them. I also think some milk replacer would be good.
