People know that a beautiful small dog like Callie is loved and missed very much. I swear I would have been tempted to write a check, then put a stop pay on it. Just because she was not really lost at all. Sorry that was my outrage escaping. My neighbor is a police officer and he said, Sometimes greedy people wait days and even when they know who owns the dog, hoping a reward will be posted. If a reward doesn't seem likely, or it is not enough, they can always
rehome a pretty small dog for a fee.
