I don't know how often you are feeding her....but my ZoE will vomit yellow bile during the night if she doesn't get a lil mini-meal (about 1/3 of what she gets at regular meal time) before going to bed.
I took her to the vet after she did this for two nights. He said to give her the mini-meal before bed and to give her some gatorade in addition to her water for a couple of days....regular gatorade not sugar-free, and to take her back to see him if there wasn't any improvement. It solved the puking immediately, so now she gets fed breakfast at 6:30am, a snack in the afternoon (usually carrots, peas, etc), dinner at 6:30pm and a mini-meal at 11:30pm.
