Not only could this be a bladder issue, it could be pyometra. If I were you, I would have her at the emergency vet immediately! Blood coming from either area is not normal and is great cause for concern!

The other with a dog bite should be seen asap. Dog bites cause nasty infections. Take a look at this thread...granted the pup was mauled by a large dog, but even a small one can introduce terrible bacteria into a wound!
