Best advice I can offer is the same advice my Granny gave me when I had my first child. LEARN all you can from experts, but listen to your heart and use common sense. TRAIN them from day one, with the picture of the adult you want them to become, firmly in your mind. PROVIDE safety, security and routine. BE PATIENT. Promptly FORGIVE mistakes. LOVE is not a word, it is action. Love is what you do and the time you give. So love with all your heart.
