Enjoy the Smokies. We love going and always take our dogs. We always get a pet friendly cabin. There are always people with dogs on a leash or in a pet stroller on the strip in Gatlinburg and at the Tanger outlet in Pigeon Forge. I have never seen dogs in the stores but I may have just missed them.
