Well mine is pretty hyper. she is 11 weeks old.
my chihuahua was actually a little more hyper when he was a puppy. When my husband brought home Bella, Eli (my chi) was extremely excited. His activity level never goes down with her in the house.
I guess all puppies are hyper for a bit(well at least mine were)
