Default Need Tips for getting two Yorkies to play!

I’m fostering a 7 year old Yorkie, whose mama is ill. I’ve had him about a week, and he’s getting use to me and the routine here, but I still haven’t gotten him to play with Joey. I take them on walks at least once a day, and I try to play with some type of toy to get them both involved, but they don’t seem to notice each other. Joey is 6 and plays with my son’s dogs when they come over, but he met both of them as puppies; they will do lots of wrestling together and play tag. He also gets together at his breeders house, and plays with her dogs running and chasing each other, so I know he knows how to play. Ralphie’s mom says that he occasionally plays with his bigger sibling, who will initiate it, and I believe he tried to get Joey to play once. So my question is there anything I can do to speed the bonding and playing process, or should I just butt out, and leave well enough alone?
