Oh what a sweet story and RIP sweet Muffin. Taking Yellow Dog apart is what I want to avoid at all costs, he is the first and only toy she has played with and he has so much sentimental value to me as well as to Jada.

I will update tonight as she only plays with him after her supper. We play chase for about 30 minutes and then she is through with him except to lay in her bed with him beside her. Hopefully the Texas toothpic in the ziplock with Yellow and Purple dog will do the trick
