Does anyone know whether it's safe to give a Yorkie Riopan antacid? He refused breakfast (normally it disappears in seconds!) and would eat only some tiny chews, and that was about the 4th thing I tried. 2 hours later his tum's still gurgling all the time and he's clearly uncomfy. I've found out that sugar-free Rennies are dangerous, so Riopan's all I have in the house. Or should I try to feed him some rice or something like that instead?
Thanks for helping - nothing useful is open here on Sundays and the emergency vet service is rubbish
