You mentioned that it's better he hump the toy rather than an actual person, why is it that? The only reason I ask is because my 9 week old Giovanni has been trying to hump mine and my brother's arms and hands for a few weeks now. I try to redirect him to a toy, but will go after my hand even though I'm not encouraging the behavior.
