The above is not just directed at you but all of the people who come on posting they want free patterns for clothes, belly bands, diapers, pee pads, dog beds~on and on.
There is a "certain" member of this forum who purchased a Cloud 9 bed from YHR took it apart to copy to sell elsewhere.  Seriously~they are trying to steal from a YORKIE RESCUE~who does that!  What kind of a PO$ does that!
Personally, I support the vendors of YT because they support the forum and also support rescue. What does the Etsy vendor do for anyone expect themselves? When it comes to custom merchandise that is sold on the forum I believe we should respect their venue and not post outside links for like merchandise. |
I so agree.
I see nothing wrong with making stuff for your baby. But do respect the vendors that are our friends and who do so much more than just think about the money (or lack of) they may be making.
I would so much rather pay a few bucks extra knowing the person I am buying from.. Sherry, Karen, Connie, Cathy .. the list goes on and on are GOOD people and they paid their dues to be here.
I have heard of Momtohotrod (I just know I got that wrong) overnight express mailing cone for a sick pup, Karen sent boots to someone who lived in the snow.. and never got paid for them, Cathy helping people with orders and making stuff for yhr to sell and....... that is why we are so very loyal to our gang!!
And as Jodi said.. many vendors send some of their profits to the different rescues..that means so much to me.
