Oh my gosh she is ADORABLE! Usually if a dog is going to have a reaction to a shot, it's within the first few hours. Always good to keep observing, but if she's fine now, she should be ok. You're in Danville, CA? I'm in Fremont, CA! Don't have many northern Cali people on this forum!
