Is it the "calming product" you are referring to? I think in certain situations it might be helpful as long as the correct amount is administerd.
Not long ago Schatzie had her first "hotel experience" and it was horrifing...so this product might have been helpful.
But again, I was unable to research it fully due to my stupid internet issues.
