i've heard of a method that i've used very lightly with Bentley who has a much more annoying tongue and had to be taught not to kiss all his "friends" doing therapy work. i will actually grab his tongue between two fingers very very gently and say NO KISSES while turning my face away from him. i don't hold it but a second just to stop the kisses and it's working for us so far. don't recommend doing this in a rough manner and don't hold the tongue long or it could hurt when they pull it back. be nice about using a tool like that.
other options are to stand up and turn away when they are on the lap jumping and kissing or block the kiss with a hand or arm and say NO KISS
