I think Ellie May is correct. Every time I go to the Vet they mention Rubin's collar is too lose. I tell them he only wears it when we leave the house. I have this fear of being in an accident and being out cold and my dogs being given to animal control for safe keeping. One side of their tags say: IF 911 call (Vets phone number) Anyway his collar is loose because of his CT.
