buffet time #1 consisted of: prime rib w au jus and horseradish, polenta and cheese grits (same thing), bone marrow, crab legs, shrimp a few different ways, lamb shank, creamed corn with bacon, mango gelato, I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
steak medium rare and baked potato
the BEST crispy pancakes ever and an egg overeasy, one sausage
buffet time #2 consists of: tri tip, prime rib, ox tail soup, bratwurst&saurkraut, brussel sprouts, creamed corn, mash potatoes and gravy, dolmades, creme brule, berry crepe, pannacotta.
I think I came back plus 15 lbs.
