A really easy go-to I use when I'm busy - crock pot pork stroganoff.
A pork roast
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
I do on low for at least 8 hours. When done, take out roast, let rest and slice. To soupy mixture in crock pot, add 1/2 cup of sour cream and stir in. Serve meat and sauce over egg noodles. |
