[Mendomanda]

hello,
I have a one year old male Yorkie. I also have a three year old female Pit Bull. They are best friends, but now Kai (my male) has a swollen Penis tip that wont go back in. I called a few vets in town but all are full today and I would be charged an emergency fee if I take him in. One nice nurse told me to let him chill out for an hour or two. Then if it still wont go away I would need to call back. Does anyone have any suggestions? I read on here to use sugar? maybe give him a cold bath? I am just worried. it looks odd. I have seen his "lipstick" before but nothing like this. it looks almost like its split at the tip? or is that "the Knot" that I just found out about by reading on here.
