I too am a new Yorkie Mommie. Lilly is 14 weeks and I cannot imagine a time without her. You have gotten great advice for your new baby. I can add that pet stages makes a flat dog type toy that has a microwavable heat pad inside. You remove the pad and heat in the microwave for a few seconds. Lilly seems very comforted by it and it seemed to make the first few nights better for her. I imagine it feels like having a warm littermate next to you. Good luck for you and your new furbaby!
