My Fufu is 3.3 lbs and she did GREAT with her spay and teeth pulling. Some vets will do xrays of the mouth and then they can tell if they are baby teeth or adults and pull all puppy teeth. Others usually can tell so they can pull the babies too. Fufu had one tooth left that was a baby tooth and two weeks later it was super loose...I took her in and they just popped it out. It was just hanging there, but I cant handle teeth stuff like that to do it myself
