I need some advice. Kaos has never had a steady vet.
When he was a baby he got his shots, and stiches removed when I lived out of state. When he was 4 monthes he got a checkup/shots and neutured at the aspca. Then when he was 5 months, and 14 months he ended up at the hospital, where he got full work ups.
Now that he is turning two next month I would like to get a full check up and bloodwork. I called the local vet and they said it would be over $200. Is that normal for just a checkup? Or should I call around?
Just not sure since he's always been seen at ER, where it cost a TON anyway...so I pretty much have no clue what to expect for normal vet visits.
