I think we have the most perfect weather than anywhere in the US. At least that's what the censes said and I believe it. We are very rarely real hot or real cold. It's wonderful, but you know, I do miss seeing a beautiful fall like they have in upstate NY, Vermont, Maine and so forth. I wouldn't mind a "little" snow in the winter but not a lot of it for a long time.
We are going to check out the Bitterroot area in Montana in late spring. I hear it's ideal, and not all the snow and cold weather that the rest of that state because it's protected by mountain ranges on both sides. I hear it's beautiful. Someone on YT lives there, but I lost contact with her.
