I agree - have a vet take a look at this bump. IMO it looks like a simple stye on her eyelid. I had a dog who had this once, it didn't cause any problems or pain and went away in about 2 months. We used warm compresses for a while but it seemed to just go away on it's own. Don't squeeze or try to lance it - you will just cause it to get infected. I would recommend that you check with the vet though and make sure it is a stye and that it isn't rubbing the eye or it's not something like an infected lash follicle (it's hard to tell from pictures - especially since we aren't vets).
