hi ladies
i am stressed over this b/c i got him in the first place thinking my older dog needed a friend but i now see he did not he was fine alone
he was from a breeder pure bred yorky and i am a long time yorky owner i have never had problems w/ yorkies being like this so i am a bit taken back by it
well he has been w/ my kids in the same room since day one he is kept in the living area where the kids watch tv and he is in there so they are rough at times w him i have a 8, 5 and 4 yr old 2 boys so it is a bit nutty in my house at times but i have told them to be gentle with him this just started about 2mths ago i would say after neutering
i feel maybe he needs to run the house more maybe b/c he is confined but than he does this when we are outside like i said walking him so i dont know i will check out the behaviorist site you said
i am trying to use a whistle now to blow when he goes to bite them and see how that works
any other advice is much appreciated
i feel bad to get rid of him but it may be the best thing to do |
