Thank You for rescuing Sparta.1. Mix good food with usual food over several days, to ease him onto new food. 2.Take him to your Vet ASAP. 3. That depends on your Lab and the health of your puppy. There are many good threads on how to do this. I think outside is better than in the house, more neutral.4. I would crate for the night, and make that his safe sleeping place. I also feed puppies in their crates and play treat games with them to go into the crate with an open door. When he is house broken you can let him sleep with you if you want him too. 5. Unless your home is really cold I would skip the PJs, and heating pad. I have found that a bath towel to nest inside the crate works well and is washable.
