We live in Florida and my 3 yo yorkie's allergies seem to be getting worse and worse every year. This summer was especially bad (despite anti-histamines) and her snout paid the biggest price. She has hair loss all around it, and even under her lip on the underside of her snout. While she hasn't been itching as much lately, the hair does not seem to be coming back in. I definitely think her allergies are not food related (we feed Acana Pacifica), but rather due to the environment being that allergens are in the air here in FL almost year round. The vet just tells me to keep her on benadryl year round, which I don't believe in.

Any and all advice is appreciated.
