Lil Maddie is doing GREAT! She is a real fighter and has such a will to live. She is a little piggy. We now have to stop her from eating. She gets upset when we have to take the bottle away, but I held her and let her suck on my pinky finger until she gets tired. I'm so excited. We're planning on me bringing her home this next Saturday! I could have handled bringing her home yesterday, but I thought it would be best to leave her until her eyes and ears open at least.

I have read all the posts and just have to say my heart goes out to you. I just caught this today and I'm so very sorry. Please, please do not put blame on yourself for anything. You did no harm intentionally to your baby girl. We have no control what life brings to us or our loved ones. Your baby is planted in your heart and you are planted in her's. She is with you in spirit and always will be. They always say God never closes a door but what he opens a new one for us. Your precious little pinky sucker is that new door. God also sent you and Angle..........This wonderful woman that has held your hand and conforted your heart in this most devestating time. I don't for one minute think this new pup will not make it and you should not think that either. You now have a new mission in life. Take charge, be strong! Remember, you have not lost your baby forever. This time will pass and you will be together for eternity. God Bless and Keep You.
