 Cupcake question
My dd is planning a baby shower for her cousin this weekend. She wants me to make cupcakes from a banana cake recipe she likes with cream cheese frosting. My question is this, that recipe is more of a sheet cake/bar type that is more dense than it is fluffy. Will it turn out ok in cupcakes?
