For 3 adults, I spend around 500-600/month on groceries a month, but that's my entire Wal-mart bill, not just food. That would be anything and everything from allergy meds to health and beauty to any cuts of meat (which isn't much). I do buy a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and organic.
