I am so sorry! I hate the USPS and this is why I ship FedEx whenever I can. They are actually much cheaper when sending larger boxes.
I had a few incidents with USPS and they are NO help! You have to have this or that, and must be sent in by this time, which you cannot find any of that info on their website easily. They lost my package going international once, and they just said since I didn't send it priority, oh well.
