One cup does seem like a bit much for a 10lb dog. Jackson is 16lbs and the most he eats is 3/4 cup of kibble per day, but it's usually 2/3 cup. However, if he needed to gain weight, that's another story -- maybe 1 cup was appropriate for him.
I would definitely try just lessening the food a bit. What is he eating? Maybe he needs a different diet. |
