Oh I hope Tiko feels better today and your vet can find out what is causing him to vomit. I compared the pictures and it is hard to tell given all the hair in the one and the bad haircut in the other but I think it might be the same dog as they both have that sad look.
I really do not understand how people can be so cruel to these little babies. I look forward to seeing that look of sadness change as he gets used to being in your loving home. Sending prayers for a good vet appointment lets hope all he needs is TLC and time.
