Michelle, I'm so glad Jada is okay, and that I didn't see thisi 'til this morning.
My Cooper gets his hind leg caught in his long ears about once every few months and it STILL freaks me out (prob because he yelps like he's being tortured, too). The first time I was half-way to the car to race him to the vet before I really saw what was going on.
