 how could this happen
I cannot beleive a person could walk up and do this to a little dog. He was problably giving kisses before he knew what this person was going to do. All they want to do is give us love and some one would do this. Even if he barked from night to day which I have had dogs in the neighbourhood do , I still dould not do a thing like this. Please let us know how your little guy is!!
