I have the large size Alex bag and I feel like she fits in it well. My baby is 4 pounds, but I feel like a small wouldn't fit her. I don't know if maybe I was sent the wrong size, but I honestly don't see how some people manage to fit 2 babies in the large Alex. I guess if both doggies don't lay down, 2 would fit well in the bag. I am 5'5" and the large is a perfect size. My baby prefers the Alex design to the London. The London is a little taller and I think that's what makes her hate it; she can't poke her head out as well. Good luck in your bag search. It is honestly the best carrier I have ever owned and the best at sneaking in your baby.
