Default HELP: Uncontrollable BMs

Once again, Lucy is having problems. Starting Wednesday, I came home from chemo and Lucy had thrown up all over the kitchen, and what also looked like diarrhea. She has had periods of feeling okay since then, let out around the house, etc. Yesterday she was throwing up again so we kept her in the kitchen where it is tile. Came home from my parents house and she hadn't thrown up anymore so we let her out into the living room. Then my husband caught her crouching under the dining room table trying to poop. Lucy is very well potty trained and VERY RARELY goes in the house. So my husband took her outside, it looked solid but we kept her in the kitchen to be safe. This morning we woke up and my husband said there were about 12 spots of poop in the kitchen ranging from soft to loose.

What could be causing this? What should I do?

Couldn't get through to vet yet, but I have cancer and I can't afford to take her unless they are actually going to do something. I can't afford the song and dance of paying for a visit, them saying to monitor her, and then paying for an ER visit later in the day.

HELP!!
