You are lucky to have found her. I would pay her quite well. My Dh and I both came up with 100 dollars for each day. She is providing round the clock care, and she is actually staying in your home. If you paid her even half of minimum wage, it would come to much more.
If you have not discussed money, and for some reason, it turns out she does not want to be paid??, I would give her a super generous gift card to someplace she can spend on line.
I guess some teens could be pull some teenage nonsense,but you have to use your judgment. If she is a sweet, quiet, responsible type, you're good. |
