I believe they are referring to the Rainbow Bridge where our babies go after they pass away. It's a beautiful place where the dogs are healhy and happy and run a play all day. They are taken care of by God and what could be better than that.
Oh and btw Welcome to YT it's a great place to be and there are many good people on board to answer your questions about almost anything.
